TUBING SHAPES AND PROFILES
We provide steel tubing products for structural applications that require consistently superior quality in critical tolerance applications. We have 3 high-strength, high-speed tube mills that produce tubing in a variety of shapes, sizes and materials. Includes automated packaging lines at the mill. Details below:
Tube Sizes: Round Tubing: 5.8” OD - 3.125” OD Round, Squares & Rectangles up to 2” x 3”, Ovals, Flat Ovals, and Special Custom Shapes. Material Thicknesses from 7 Gauge - 22 Gauge and Standard and Metric Sizes
Material Types: ASTM Type 1 Steel Tubing – Hot Rolled Pickled & Oiled (HRP&O), Type 2 Steel Tubing – Cold Rolled (CR), High Strength Tubing (HSLA) Grade 50 – 100+ Ksi, Ultra-high Strength Steels (Dual Phase, Complex Phase), ROPS/OPS & Charpy Materials. Galvanized or Aluminized Tubing and Ability to Produce Special Chemistry Steel Applications.

HIGH SPEED AND LASER CUTTING
Newest technology available in Laser Equipment provides precision cutting at tight tolerances, excellent repeatability, and costs competitive with traditional punching, but without the tooling investment. We have 5 laser cutting machines that can produce parts in a variety of shapes and ranging in size from 0.5” (12.7mm) to 6” (152.4mm) OD, with solid bar to 22 GA, in wall thickness from 0.187” (4.74mm) to 0.022” (0.558mm).
High-speed precision cutting process provides tight tolerance cut lengths at extremely competitive pricing. Includes end finishing with automatic brush deburr.
WELDING
At Samuel ATG, our welded assembly capabilities include both robotic and manual mig-welding, as well as lathe welding. With over 35 years of tube welding experience, we can match our customer’s complexity and volume requirements. Our welding capabilities allow us to simplify our customers' supply chains and reduce associated costs by eliminating the need to coordinate multiple source scheduling, and lowering space and inventory needs required for final assembly.
