CNC Machining

CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machining uses specialized tools to cut materials using a computer-assisted design. The material is cut to designed specifications after being placed on the cutting surface.

CNC machines are another example of Samuel’s use of new technology to bring innovation to tube fabrication.  These machines are highly efficient in production applications, and they are also cost effective when used in processing features into the tubes that might otherwise require dedicated work centers and expensive secondary operations.

Samuel’s CNC machining centers allow us to machine parts up to 60” x 60” x 60”.
